Reiki is a healing therapy that promotes vitality and harmony – physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Reiki creates a profound sense of wellbeing by gently encouraging the body’s own innate capacity to release tension, relax, and find natural alignment. Non-invasive and suitable for everyone, Reiki can reduce pain, anxiety, and depression, aid sleep, improve digestion, respiration and circulation, alleviate symptoms of acute and chronic conditions, and enhance self-awareness. Reiki is simple to learn and can be used in conjunction with other modalities such as restorative yoga and aromatherapy.
First Degree Reiki is for those who wish to learn how to practice Reiki for themselves and others. TESTIMONIALS
"Keely is a profoundly compassionate woman who has so much knowledge and experience to share on so many topics. It’s a privilege to spend time with her in any capacity, and her First Degree Reiki training is no exception. She de-mystified Reiki, and made us all feel immediately that it’s doable, and meaningful, and a practice that can be easily incorporated into our lives. Keely is a great teacher: engaged, compassionate, approachable, authentic. By the end of our training, Keely had given us a clear understanding of the practice, including tools to make it part of our everyday life. I highly recommend her!” - Annabelle MacDonald, Producer
“I think the best way for me to describe the reiki training would be fluid - it sort of adapted and flowed while still maintaining essential truths. In a less abstract way though it was fun, and I'm looking forward to exploring my practice!” - Morgan Springer , Entrepreneur
“Again, thank you so much for such an incredible experience. I originally signed up just for a new and fun life experience but left the training feeling inspired and ready to incorporate Reiki into my life both personally and professionally. You made an often misunderstood and mysterious practice feel grounded and accessible.” - Courtney DePasquale, Therapist
"Keely is one of those rare teachers who embodies a deep personal understanding of the practice as well as an amazing ability to transmit her knowledge to each individual in the room. Sensitive to nuance but securely grounded in the larger picture, Keely's teachings are transformative." - Linda Cassidy, Teacher, Artist
“I have been practicing Reiki everyday since the training, and I'm starting to see how it's developing. I'm feeling a deeper sense of calm each time. It's been so meaningful to be able to do Reiki for my mom. She says my hands feel very hot on her body. It's fascinating because I don't feel a temperature change at all.” - Julia Collichio, Artist -
“The First Degree and Second Degree Reiki Training was outstanding. I am blown away by the discourse, and physical practices of Reiki. I’m looking forward to applying what I’ve learned to my everyday practice of healing. Thank you very much!” - Jamel West, Engineer
“What an incredible pleasure to be surrounded by a group of women who may be traveling a similar path, but each can bring such uniqueness to the experience. I've found myself practicing and reflecting on the precepts and all of you. Also, the practice we did at the end of the day, 10 hands on one body- I'm still fascinated by what a powerful and moving experience this was! Keely, you are an amazing teacher with such great insight and experience yet still so "real" and down to earth. I am so grateful the universe led me to you and this training! ” - Kelly Byram, Yoga Teacher, Mother
“I'm sure there is no shortage of rave reviews of Keely's classes and trainings, but in case my perspective adds anything to your understanding- I have known Keely and have sought out her teaching for quite a while. I am obviously a fan of her knowledge and the way she shares it. Keely's ability to hold a space for each person and their grasp for the content, with humor all while creating a spiritual experience, is simply beyond compare. Along with the Five Pillars beautiful and perfectly intimate space, it was a beautiful afternoon and an opportunity I am glad I took advantage of. Thank you for your part in creating this day for us all.” - Courtney Bencze, Manager

“Thank you so much for sharing this wonderfully powerful yet simple healing practice with us! I feel blessed to have connected with you and all the wonderful people in our group today — it was truly a special experience! You are an incredible teacher — so knowledgeable, kind, relatable, compassionate and super funny! Of the many brilliant things you taught and spoke to us over the course of the day I would like to acknowledge that you stressed many times how this practice is one that takes all the pressure of “results” and “performance” off our shoulders in that it abides in the principle of “Wei wu wei” — do by not doing. In today’s world of obligations and responsibilities this seems like such a boon to get so much benefit from such a “simple” practice. Thank you for taking the pressure off.” - Melanie Chisholm, Yoga Teacher, Mother
"Keely imparted an essential empirical lesson: Reiki supplants fear. I left the class forgiving and forgiven. Ready to serve." - Sean Miletich, Therapist
“Your teaching is so kind and generous. I may take your second degree Reiki training again!” - Jennifer Lampell, UZIT
“The training Keely gives is supportive, powerful, and comprehensive. She explains everything in a way which is easy to understand and apply. I feel extremely confident after this training that I can, not only help people through providing Reiki effectively, but that I can thoroughly explain to people what Reiki is and does. I wouldn’t change anything about this experience; it was exactly what I needed.” - KJ Burger, Teacher, Therapist
“Second Degree Reiki Training with Keely was a profound experience. Keely transmits Reiki with deep honesty and respect - and a sense of fun! I came away from the training feeling calm and confident, excited and grateful to be of service to others!” - Sally Murphy, Manager
"It is so refreshing to learn Reiki and to be attuned by someone who fully embodies her practice. From the moment that Keely stepped into the space to conduct the training, the air seemed to change. She establishes a beautiful environment and is fully prepared with all references and notes. While remaining light hearted and loving, she brings the appropriate level of ritual and gravity to the occasion. Her teaching style is easeful, yet precise. She is supportive and encouraging. I look forward to many years of learning from Keely." - Hilary Chasin, Interior Designer, UZIT
